HS FOOT: Healed Valencia QB Solley to start tonight

Valencia quarterback Dominick Solley, who's missed three games (all victories) because of an ankle injury, is back in the starting lineup tonight for the Vikings (3-1) against visiting Westchester (1-3).

"I'm 100 percent," he said.
