HS FOOT: Oaks Christian's Owusu, Morrison make DI committments

| | Comments (0) |

Lots of recruting news circulating out of Oaks Christian in Westlake Village, as receiver/defensive back Brian Owusu has committed to Harvard and running back Jordan Morrison has committed to Brown.

Also, kicker Andrew Bierschenk is expected to commit soon to either Princeton or Cornell -- which would give the Lions three Ivy League commits. Not bad.

One last bit of news: Oaks Christian coach Bill Redell said running back/linebacker Malcolm Jones, who has missed one game because of a separated shoulder, should be back next week, providing the five-time section champion Lions advance past the first round of the Southern Section Northwest Division playoffs.
