Boys Hoops: Top area teams headed for San Luis Obispo

Taft, Campbell Hall and Sylmar are headed up the coast this week for the Mission Prep Christmas Classic.

The tournament starts Thursday and concludes next Tuesday with championship games in the National and Elite divisions.

Sylmar and it's UCLA-bound star Tyler Honeycutt could face Campbell Hall and it's Colorado-bound star Keegan Hornbuckle in the second round Monday.

Other top teams entered are Bishop O'Connell from Arlington, Virginia and Los Osos of Rancho Cucamonga. Los Osos features UCLA-bound junior guard Kendall Williams.
