HS FOOT: Canyon's Bray in trouble again

| | Comments (0) |

Canyon running back Antonio Bray is always making the news -- but this time, again, it's not good. He has been suspended from school for one week for fighting, according to a source.

Both Canyon coach Chris Varner and Bray have apparently changed their cell numbers and were not available for comment.

After rushing for nearly 2,000 yards as a freshman playing up one level on Canyon's JV team in 2006, Bray was later suspended for attacking a fellow student and eventually transferred to Alemany.

At Alemany in 2007, he scored seven touchdowns, two on kick returns, despite missing one game for disciplinary reasons. He later left Alemany and transferred back to Canyon for his junior season but was declared ineligible by the Southern Section because of undue influence.
