HS FOOT: Oaks Christian's Marsh commits to California

Cassius Marsh, a returning defensive tackle for Oaks Christian who is ranked No. 3 nationally at his position, has committed to Cal. He picked the Bears over USC, UCLA, Tennessee and Oregon.
