Bryan Choto was 13 of 18 passing for 221 yards and four touchdowns as the host Mustangs won their 16th consecutive game.
Antonio Bray scored on a 90-yard run on his first carry to give Arleta a 14-0 lead, then added a 35-yard touchdown in the second half.
Bray finished the game with 125 yards and two touchdowns on just three carries.
Arleta also did it through the air, as Deonte Ware caught a 35-yard touchdown pass from Choto as time expired in the first half to make the score 28-7.
Arleta put it out of reach in the second half when Albert Sandobal and Choto connected on a 28-yard touchdown pass. Sandobal finished with five catches for 101 yards and two touchdowns.
Malcolm Thomas did all he could to keep the visiting Pythons competitive, finishing with 153 yards on 29 carries, including two touchdowns.
