HS FOOT: The Starr report

Troy Starr, a former coach at Taft of Woodland Hills, is having a good year as coach at Helix High in San Diego. The team is 8-4 and has qualified for the San Diego Section Div. II semifinals. Starr is 18-6-1 in two seasons at Helix.
