Girls Basketball: Semifinals at Burroughs tournament set for Friday

The semifinals are set for the Burroughs tournament Friday night.

Undefeated Crescenta Valley of La Crescenta plays Beverly Hills at 5:30 p.m.

Canyon of Canyon Country faces Granada Hills or Burroughs at 7 p.m.

Many top players will be on the court, including C.V.'s Cassie Pappas, Canyon's Brooke Lemar and Shorty Dent, Xava Grooms of Granada Hills and Lisha Elsenbach of Burroughs.
