Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks Knights Baseball


Verdugo Hills, Friday 3/12/10 @ home

Knights won 9-5 to go 2 and 2 in their season opening tournament.

Freshman LHP Jack Hartman went 6.1 innings for the win on 2 runs, 6 hits, 1
strike out, and no walks. Myers was the losing pitcher.

No home runs in the game. No triples. Matt Lathuras, J>J>Muno. Milone,
Ngyun, all had doubles for ND. Huacuja the only double for Verdugo.


San Marcos, Saturday 3/13/10 @ home

Knights won 4-3 to finish 3-2 in the So Cal Invitational tournament.

Junior RHP Daniel Gowanlock completed 5.1 innings for the win on 2 runs, 5
hits, 2 strike outs, and 2 walks. Senior RHP David Armendariz picked up the
save (1 run, 2 hits, 2 strike outs, 1 walk)

Morgan Walberg led the team at the plate with two doubles (1 RBI). JJ Muno
also contributed a double (1 RBI).


The team begins its Mission League play at Loyola on Tuesday @ 3:15pm.
