HS FOOT: Arleta coach Engilman: "I'll be back"

| | Comments (0) |

Jeff Engilman says he strongly considered retiring but instead has decided to return for at least one more season as head coach at Arleta, a City Section Div. II power that reached the section semifinal last season and won it in 2008.

"I ought to have my head examined, but I'm still coaching," said Engilman, who will be 60 in October. "We've lost some assistant coaches for family reasons and stipends being cut, but that's just going to force us to fundraise more."
