HS HOOPS: Harvard-Westlake trails after one quarter

Harvard-Westlake of Studio City surrendered the final six points of the first quarter and trails St. Mary's of Albany 12-11 in the Div. IV girls' basketball state final at Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield.

Sydney Haydel has six points and Nicole Hung the other five for Harvard-Westlake.

St. Mary's holds an 8-3 rebounding advantage.
