HS HOOPS: Taft is Valley's last boys' team standing

| | Comments (0) |

Taft is still alive after defeating Leuzinger 66-63 in a state Div. I quarterfinal, but the Valley's other five state-playoff entrants all lost tonight.

The Toreadors play Saturday at 730 pm at Mater Dei -- ranked No. 1 in the state by Cal Hi Sports (Westchester is two, and Taft is third) -- as Taft looks to advance past the regional semifinals for the first time in school history.
