HS BASE: Top-seed Desert Christian loses 2-0 in D6 final

It was a tough fall for Desert Christian, as the top-seeded Knights, riding a 20-game winning streak, lost 2-0 to defending champion Oxford Academy in the D6 championship at UC Riverside.

Hayden Higger scored on a passed ball in the second inning, and Lucas Sardo doubled in Steve Criss in the sixth inning.
