Football: Two former Montclair Prep players doing well at new schools

Former Montclair Prep players, Fabian Alomar and Terrell Newby have flourished with their new schools in the early going.

Alomar, a sophomore quarterback at Canoga Park has thrown for six touchdowns in victories against Washington Prep and Eagke Rock.

Newby, a sophomore running back at Chaminade, rushed for over 100 yards and a touchdown in a season opening victory against Burbank.

Both players were on the Montclair Prep team last year but left the school.
