Soccer: Hethcock steps down at Oaks Christian

Jan Hethcock has resigned as girls' soccer coach at Oaks Christian.

Hethcock has been the schools only coach since the school opened in 2000.

Hethcock won five championships and reached the quarterfinals nine times with seven trips to the semifinals.

The new girls coach will be former boys coach Sebastian Alvarado.

Greg Dimitrowich, who assisted Hethcock will be the new boys coach.

Hethcock will remain as athletic director.
