BASEBALL: Oaks Christian's Gretzky commits to San Diego State

Oaks Christian senior Trevor Gretzky, a 6-foot-4, 191-pound first baseman/catcher, has given a verbal commitment to play baseball at San Diego State.

Gretzky, who began the year as the Lions' starting quarterback before being sidelined with a shoulder injury, hit .341 with 20 runs and 33 RBIs during his junior season to lead the Lions to a 21-8 record an an undefeated Tri-Valley League championship.
