Girls' volleyball: Taft's Stinson receives first offer

All-City middle blocker Cieana Stinson of Taft has been offered a scholarship by Cal St. Northridge.

The 6'2 senior has had a huge year for the Toreadors after transferring from Chatsworth.

"I am just so excited and shocked because I have wanted something like this for a long time," Stinson said. "I am going to talk it over with my parents and decide soon."
