HS FOOT: What happened to Palmdale?

| | Comments (0) |

Palmdale's 34-0 loss to visiting Quartz Hill sent shockwaves because the host Falcons entered with 45 wins over the past 46 league games.

"My hats off to Quartz Hill. They played exceptionally well, and we played as poorly as I've ever seen us play," Palmdale coach Jeff Williams said. "Our guys haven't been playing well the last couple of games. We're looking to make some changes to put ourselves in position to be successful."

Palmdale continues to cope without standout tight end/defensive lineman Steve Dillon, who has a knee injury. Williams said he was hoping to get Dillon cleared this week.
