Football: Oaks Christian has tough nonleague game in week 0 for 2011

Oaks Christian has finalized its one nonleague game for next year.

The defending Northern Division champion Lions will play Bellevue (Washington) High on either Sept. 2 or 3 in Southern California.

The game could be played at Oaks Christian, Orange Coast College or Mission Viejo High.

Bellevue is no slouch.

Bellevue is 85-7 over the past seven seasons.

Oaks Christian will have several key returning players, including Jordan Payton, Ishmael Adams, Carlos Mendoza, Chris Davis and Marcus Piechowski.
