| | Comments (0) |

Taft coach Matt Kerstetter has resigned to take a head job at Buchholz High in Gainesville, Fla. -- the largest school in Gainesville.

"I just told the team at a lunch meeting," Kerstetter said.

Kerstetter was among the area's most successful City coaches, as Taft advanced to the City semifinals this past season.

In four season, Kerstetter advanced to the quarterfinals or further every year, and his career record is 35-15.
