Awards: El Camino Real has top players

El Camino Real just picked up its fifth City Section Player of the Year award since 2010 after Dani Gilmore was given the honor for softball.

Gilmore will attend Oregon St. next fall.

Jackie Altschuld and Zoe Fishman were selected for girls' soccer this year, Dylann O'Connor picked up the award for girls' soccer in 2010 and Jose Cardona was chosen in 2010 after leading the Conquistadores to a championship game victory against San Pedro at Dodger Stadium
