Boys' basketball: Oaks Christian loses close game

Oaks Christian fought back from a 15-point second half deficit but came up short in a 97-91 overtime setback against Orange Lutheran in a consolation game at the Fairfax tournament.

Chass Bryan scored 31 points and Michael Roletti scored 30 points to lead the Lions, who are favored to win another Tri-Valley League championship despite graduating five seniors.

Gabe York scored 43 points to lead Orange Lutheran and Darien Williams scored 26 points.

Orange Lutheran advances to the consolation championship at 12 p.m. Saturday and will play Harvard-Westlake, a 76-73 overtime winner against Pasadena.

Oaks Christian faces Pasadena at 11 a.m.
