HS FOOTBALL: Canoga Park looks to improve

Among the opening-week disappointments was Canoga Park. The Hunters are expected to contend for a Valley Mission League title, but they blew a second-half lead in a 30-10 loss to lightly regarded Jefferson.

"We need to close out games," Canoga Park coach Ivan Moreno said.
