Top performances from Friday night:

Ericson Penate, PK, El Camino Real - Penate kicked a 36-yard field goal with six seconds left in a 24-21 victory over visiting Palisades.

"Ericson made the kick of his life to win it for us," El Camino Real coach Kevin Williams said. "It was a big win for us against a favored opponent."

Dejon Coleman, RB, Arleta - Coleman scored six touchdowns, including a 90-yard kick return, a 70-yard interception return and a 60-yard pass reception, in a 56-42 victory at L.A. Marshall.

"It was one of the greatest performances I've ever seen," Arleta coach Danny Kelley said. "Nothing against Marshall. They were a good team, but Dejon was a man among boys out there. Every time he touched the football, he was a threat to score. He even had two touchdowns called back."

Dominick Mugavero, DL, Notre Dame - Mugavero recovered a fumble at the 7-yard line in overtime to preserve a 17-14 win over visiting Valencia, as the host Knights overcame a 14-point deficit with seven minutes left.

UNSUNG HERO

Conner Harvey, QB, Santa Clarita Christian - Harvey, a junior, passed for 182 yards and four TDs in a 25-0 victory at Lucerne Valley to give the Cardinals their first 11-man win after moving up from 8-man this season.
