BASKETBALL: Campbell Hall graduate McBroom off to fast start at Central Michigan

Austin McBroom, a former Campbell Hall star, is off to a good start as a starting freshman for Central Michigan. McBroom is averaging 10.8 points and 3.8 assists while shooting 55 percent from 3-point range (11 of 20).

His freshman brother Landon, competing for Paraclete, scored 18 points in his high school debut Monday against Tehachapi.
