| | Comments (0) |

Calabasas and Thousand Oaks have emerged as Marmonte League favorites after both schools won tournament titles Saturday.

Calabasas beat Campbell Hall, 72-57 for its second Campbell Hall tournament championship in the past three years.

Jeremy Lieberman, Spencer Levy and Josh Cohan played terrific.

Thousand Oaks took an easier path with a 69-25 victory against Buena at the lightly-regarded Nordhoff tournament.

Dakota Pierce, Tanner Fanjoy and Eric Greene all had big performances for the Lancers.

Royal almost was a third team from the league to take home a trophy, but lost in the Burbank semifinals against Renaissance Academy Friday.

The Highlanders bounced back for a 68-61 third place game victory against Burbank Saturday.

Royal relies heavily on J.R. Powell and Max McCoy to generate offense.

Westlake impressed coaches and fans with a third place finish at the Simi Valley tournament.

Joshua Brooks and Quentin Weinerman have been leading the way.
