BOYS' BASKETBALL: Etiwanda wins Oaks Christian tournament

Etiwanda won the Oaks Christian tournament for the second consecutive season in a 60-28 victory against host Oaks Christian.

Sophomore Jordan McLaughlin scored 24 points and made five 3-pointers to lead the Eagles (14-1).

Oaks Christian struggled all game.

The Lions (10-3) made only 4 of 47 shots from the field, including 1 of 22 in the second half.

Freshman K.J. Smith made two 3-pointers midway through the second quarter and the Lions did not make another basket until sophomore Jordan Flannery made a 3-pointer with under a minute remaining.
