BOYS' BASKETBALL: Taylor continues success at St. John Bosco

Former Taft coach Derrick Taylor led his St. John Bosco team to a 68-53 pool-play victory against Narbonne at the Windward tournament Monday.

Daniel Hamilton scored 19 points and his brother, Isaac scored 17 points in the victory.

St. John Bosco was coming off a thrilling 71-68 nonleague victory against Bishop Montgomery Saturday.

Daniel Hamilton made a game winning 3-pointer at the buzzer.

Daniel finished with 12 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.

Isaac Hamilton had 34 points, nine rebounds, six assists and five steals.

Lamond Murray scored 18 points, Justin Bibbins scored 15 points and Larry Taylor scored 14 points to lead Bishop Montgomery.
