GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Thousand Oaks 59, Royal 43

Kendall Frisoli scored 18 points to lead Thousand Oaks to a 59-43 Marmonte Legaue victory against Royal.

The victory moved the Lancers (17-6, 9-2) into a first place tie with Royal with three games remaining for both teams.

However, Thousand Oaks owns the tiebreaker after sweeping the season series.

Katherine Reaves added 10 points and 11 rebounds for Thousand Oaks.

Sydney Perry had a great all-around game with 10 points, eight rebounds, five assists and four steals.

Thousand Oaks snapped a two-game losing streak.

Aubree Mittel led Royal (15-8, 9-2) with 13 points.
