The Broadway Association, a newly formed neighborhood group consisting of business owners along or near the Broadway corridor, will host an evening with Long Beach Redevelopment Agency board member John Thomas, who co-authored Long Beach Art Deco.

Thomas will talk on the subject and sell copies of the book. Proceeds from the book sale and the
raffling of an original Art Deco clock and signed photography of LB Art Deco landmarks will benefit the association.

The event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. July 12 at
Sasha's - Living With Style, 3237 E. Broadway.
