RDA, Suja Lowenthal celebrate demise of billboard

Redevelopment leaders and 2nd District City Councilwoman Suja Lowenthal tomorrow morning will host a press conference on finally tearing down what they considered to be blight at a major city intersection -- a billboard at 645 E. Ocean Blvd., at Alamitos Avenue.
