why will you not pay your bills. Dan Buffington of the Bellflower School Dist is screwing the
contractors that completed the main food processing plant.
the contractors have been completed for over one
year and still cannot get paid.
how can the School take State money and hold out on paying there bills.
Dan Buffington has lied and cheated all the contractors on this job.
I have wrote letters to all the goverment officals.
The goverments wants to help small business. I hope they go after your dist.
