Vote-by-mail ballots -- 8,063 of them so far -- rolling into City Hall
City Clerk Larry Herrera said Thursday that of the 50,430 vote-by-mail ballots that his office has sent out so far for the April 13 primary nominating election, it has received 8,063, about 16 percent, back. The election is on, baby.
