Pac-5
Poly vs. Tesoro
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah! Both teams play great defense, but I dare to say that Poly's defense is better than anyone's and it will be the difference in a low-scoring game. Poly 14-7.

Southern
Mayfair vs. Laguna Hills
Sitting with the coaches at the CIF media day earlier in the week conivinced me of one thing - LH has a solid defense that Mayfair might not be able to crack too easily. Still, I think the Monsoons will be in the game. Laguna Hills 20-14.

Northwest
Serra vs. Oaks Christian
Two of the tops teams not in the Pac-5 square off in a game that I hoped to see since opening kickoff. Who scores last in a high-scoring game should win it. Serra 31-28

City
Narbonne vs. San Pedro
The first game was a triple-OT affair and this one will be close as well. Omitting a couple of late mistakes and half of San Pedro at the LA Coliseum will likely turn the Pirates into champs. San Pedro 15-14.
