Is over.

The Rams' Moore League scoreless inning streak ended at 43 when Poly scored four runs in the second inning off starter Andrew Culver in Friday night's game at Blair Field.

However, Millikan improved to 7-0 after beating the Jackrabbits, 8-4. The win puts the Rams alone atop the Moore League standings with an almost insurmountable three-game lead with five games to play.

"This was great to have to win a game with our bats, and the streak was great, but now we can worry about what really matters (winning games.)," Millikan coach Scott Glasser said. "I knew at the beginning of the season we could be anywhere from first to fifth place and I'm very happy to be sitting in first."
