Lakewood High's Jesse Scroggins, one of the top senior quarterbacks in the nation and among the most coveted signal-callers by college recruiters, apparently has made up his mind where he will take his talents.

Thursday, from the Elite 11 Camp in Aliso Viejo, Scroggins, who threw for 2,462 yards and 24 touchdowns as a junior, will announce which school he will be signing on with. The announcent will be shown on ESPN's "College Football Live" show at 12:30 p.m..

The 6-3, 195-pound Scroggins, a pro-style QB with 4.8-second speed in the 40, has been offered scholarships from as many as 15 schools, but those hottest on him are USC, Florida and Tennessee. It's been rumored that he will select USC.
