Pair of locals on the (ESPN) Rise

Linebackers Corey Waller of Poly High and Rahim Cassell of Lakewood High have been tabbed for the ESPN RISE Games/Gridiron Kings, an elite high school football event that features 65 of the best players from around the nation.

The event, which brings together some of the country's top skill players - quarterback, running back, tight end, wide receiver, linebacker, cornerback and safety - is scheduled for July 24-25 in Orlando, Fla.

That`s great for both of them, keep up ther good work. I want to invite all you to bring your kids to the 1st annual Gil Jimenez youth football camp starting today at 3:00pm at Warren HS. The COST IS $50 for three days of football instruction. Bring your son or daughter and learn some football from the Warren football staff.
