Los Alamitos High's girls volleyball team came in as runner-up at the prestigious Durango Fall Classic over the weekend, losing its first match of the season to Louisville Assumption.
Three Griffins - senior outside hitter Alijah Gunsaulus, sophomore middle blocker Crissy Jones and senior opposite/setter Jaylen Villanueava - received all-tournament honors.
Los Alamitos faces Mira Costa on Tuesday in the South Bay in a showdown of two of the top programs in SoCal.
