I find a number of art museums to be enjoyable, but do you believe that all art is inherently "good" ?

That seems to be the case when you label Peggy's tireless efforts on behalf of local art museums, "a force for good."

It might have been better if you had just merely said that Peggy has been "a force for art museums" rather than "a force for good" since art museums are not inherently "good."

For instance, while many people do enjoy art museums, could the money which was spent on the local museums have been better spent on feeding the homeless ?

A hungry homeless person cannot eat a painting or a sculpture for dinner.

I don't know how you and Peggy can divert money to support art, when there are hungry mouths in Pasadena.

Is there such thing as an inherently bad museum? Why is every civic gesture measured against feeding the homeless? Why doesn't homeless guy sell his computer and use the money to feed his homeless friends?
