thanks valerie -- just park on the street where altadena dead-ends on the west into the arroyo. walk down the trail there to the last bit of the paved path north past the jpl parking lot in the arroyo. the millard stream is now flowing from the east directly into the arroyo about ... well, maybe just over 100 yards up the wide trail. turn right, east, up into it, past that stone water company building ... it's a beautiful hike. though you might get wet feet fording the stream at times. best, larry
