Sunday was one of those incredibly crisp winter mornings when, without thinking about it, you come around a corner expecting your typical view of the glorious San Gabriel mountains and ... the view is most atypical. This is from Parkview Avenue on the west bank of the Arroyo Seco in Pasadena.
