Bright or blight?

Staff photographer Will Lester caught this street scene today at the corner of Archibald and Baseline. Nobody is violating the new sign ordinance, which allows one sign per candidate per parcel, but this certainly looks like the kind of blight that the City Council hoped to avoid.
