RC ink on TLC
Sandy DuBois, one of the owners of Tangles Salon on Foothill and Vineyard, is usually on her feet fussing over her customers. Tomorrow night on TLC, she will be in the hot seat, getting this tattoo on her shoulder."I just love ink," said DuBois, who will be featured on the reality show L.A. Inc. The show starts at 10 p.m.
This is DuBois' fourth tattoo. She got her first one 35 years ago -- a small rose on her breast -- when tattoos weren't very popular, especially among women.
"I grew up in Brooklyn and my brother was a biker," she said. "One day he said, 'Let's go get a tattoo,' and I said, 'All right!' "

There always has to be someone out there with a negative snide comment. How about seeing her dedication to her trade? Way to go Sandy- we will all be watching and showing support.
Awesome to see some class representing our city- espicially signifying your love for your work. Cant say there are many of us out there that love our work so much we tattoo it on ourselves. I will Def. be visiting that Salon- i want someone who LOVES their art doing my hair. In this economy, i want dedication, and someone who wants to work...
