Mark your calendar: Rising Stars charity auction

The Rising Stars Foundation is having an auction to benefit severely autistic children at the Magic Lamp Inn restaurant on Feb. 8. Participants can drop off items to be auctioned off that day from 8 to 10 a.m. Lunch and cocktails will be served from 11 a.m. to noon, with the auction starting at noon. All items will start at $1.
