A lot of Spam at the Fair

Spam, spam, cabbage, spam, noodles and spam were on the menu at the L.A. County Fair last week during the Great American Spam Championship. High cholesterol prevented me from gobbling up all the winning entries so I'll just admire them from afar.

Rancho resident Carolyn Ganzen won first place in the adult division of the contest with her low-sodium Spam-stuffed cabbage rolls. She beat out the Spam enchiladas and the Spamalicious tacos.
