Paisano to move into Victoria Gardens

That lonely void left by Sisley's at Victoria Gardens will soon be filled.

Italian restaurant Paisano is leaving its Fontana location and moving next to Lucille's at Victoria Gardens. The eatery is expected to open mid-December, said Masa Liles, director of marketing for Victoria Gardens.

This is truly a gem of the Inland Empire as for an owner/operator restaurant. Anthony & Judy really know their food, ambience and hospitality. I hope to be there opening night.

Looking forward to the opening. I have not been to their location in Fontana, but hope that they are much better than the previous Italian restaurant tenant at the same location.

Another thing, if you want something that's not on the menu and they have the ingredients...the Chef's will make it for you.

You guys have to try the pizzas! The sauce is amazing and flavorful and the bread outstanding! I highly recommend this place. I might go in for dinner to celebrate my birthday. I totally love Italian food!

This place is a joke. It used to be great when it was in Fontana. Now it is mismanaged and the food is terrible. The service used to be great at the old location. It is horrible now. I don't recognize any of the new employees. I can't believe that the owner didn't bring back the great employees that used to work for him. This place is a sell out. I do not recommend eating here. It is no longer a family atmosphere. The food really is horrible. It's like they changed all their recipes and went with lower quality ingredients. Two thumbs way down

I couldn't agree more with George. What a joke this place is now. Horrible food and service! Not to mention I don't see any of the old employees that used to make the old location in Fontana so great. And what is the deal with the teenage girl who goes around telling everyone that she is the owners fiancee.I thought that was the owners daughter. I know the owner and his wife. What the heck happened to this place? I do not recommend this place either. The food really is terrible now. It's like they thought they could move to a better location and sell low quality food and expect people to come rolling in. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

I think this place has the potetntial to be great but mismanaged is definateley the word. i think the ol lady needs to retire and get someone young and assertive, the food is good but if they don't start gettin it together the location will be empty yet again.

Wow! All I can say was I wish I came here and read these reviews before I bothered trying to eat at this place.First off the place was not even crowded but we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated once seated it took someone 15 minutes to even come greet us with so much as an I will be right with you. The waiter who finally came over told us that he had been watching us from the other side of the room and that our waitress was busy so he would help us I thought ok great but was looking around wondering where this busy waitress was the place was not crowded but anyway he took our order for drinks as well as our meal and appetizer. Our drinks came, a few minutes later my salad and this is when it all starts going downhill when the waiter brought the salad he let us know the bread was in the oven and when it was out he would bring us some and that our calamari would be out shortly. I finished my salad and still no calamari the waiter brought what I was thinking was a breadbasket and as he sets it down he says I got to the oven a little late and giggles while he sets down a basket with one breadstick in it!!! Really what the hell was he thinking bringing a basket with one breadstick to a table of four I felt this was just plain rude! So a goo 40 minutes passes with still no calamari and no additional bread and mind you we have two small children who are hungry and trying to behave even though it is taking FOREVER! The waiter finally finds his way back to the table and says I know your still waiting for your calamari do you want me to get a manager? My husband responds no thats alright we are leaving and to that he says Ok have a good night REALLY????? Thats all you have to say why would you ask to get a manager and not just bring one and they way he said everything was with a whatever I don't give a **** attitude. I was appalled I have never been treated like that in a restaurant before it was like we were bothering them to be there. Needless to say I will NEVER go to this restaurant again!!
