It's official, Christmas is here

Tree.JPGWorkers hoisted this 50-feet tall White Fir at Victoria Gardens this morning. It should be decorated by Friday.

Let's hope the Santa Anas don't come.

If you're there checking out the tree, head over to the food court where a new carousel has been installed. Rides are $2.50.

Note: The carousel is at the food court but it's not operating yet. Look for it later in the month. By the way, it's hand-painted from Italy.

Rancho Cucamonga has Christmas in the bag. Two Macy*s, an FAO Schwartz, soon to be snow covered mountains, and a 50 foot Christmas tree in the middle of Chaffey Square. You usually only see this kind of setting in major cities such as New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Rockefeller Center eat your heart out! LOL! Rockefeller built multiple office buildings along Haven Avenue in 2008 so technically Rancho has its own little Rockefeller Center too but it's only an office park and is called Rockefeller Group Professional Center. LOL! All in all Rancho has become a great place for the Winter Season.

The hand painted Carousel from Italy also adds a nice touch to Downtown Cucamonga. Can't wait to take my nephew.
