Kurth to give annual city speech

Mayor Don Kurth will give his State of the City speech at Etiwanda Gardens today at 11:30 a.m., a sort of opening act for this evening's State of the Union by President Barack Obama. Applause, references to the floundering economy and a sprinkling of optimism are all expected. Stay tuned.
