On the agenda: City Council, special meeting

The agenda is light for the City Council meeting tonight. The city is expected to give final approval to a community plan amendment that would allow Massage Envy into the Henry's shopping center on Day Creek and Base Line.

Tomorrow, facilitator Bill Mathis will lead a consensus building workshop and discuss 2010 goals with the City Council. The day-long special meeting starts 8 a.m. at the Cultural Center.
