Scholarship help available Thursday

| | Comments (1) |
There are two opportunities for high school students and parents to learn about financial aid tomorrow night.

The Lions Club is hosting a free scholarship night at Lions Center West on 9161 Base Line Road from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. High school seniors and their parents can learn about scholarships offered by local service and community groups.

Alta Loma High students and their parents can get their questions about Cal grants and FAFSAs answered at a 6:30 p.m. workshop in the school's auditorium.

Thanks for sharing this valuable information. Hundreds of students stopped by both locations for assistance. All high school students need to check out their Career Center for scholarship information. Several scholarships have February or March deadlines. I have a scholarship available for community service as well. Good luck to all of our future Leaders. Mary
